2. Information Processed on This Website
All interactive course tools on this website—including the tempo slider, the garden session packing checklist, and the course desk message formatter—run entirely inside your local web browser. No form entries are transmitted automatically to our servers when you click "Format enquiry note" or "Download .txt file".
We only receive personal data (such as your name, email address, and message content) if you voluntarily send an email to [email protected]. Standard web server logs also record minimal technical data (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and requested page URL) strictly for security and fault diagnosis.
3. Lawful Basis & Retention
We process voluntary email enquiries under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR (responding to learner requests and legitimate educational administration). Email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months before secure deletion. Server security logs are rotated and deleted automatically every 30 days.
